Indigenous Employment Pathways Manager
We are currently seeking a passionate Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander candidate to join our high performing Diversity and Inclusion team.
As a result of an internal move, we are looking for our next Indigenous Pathways Manager to manage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s recruitment, career and development pathways within Lendlease. A highly visible role, you will drive the relationships and partnerships that aim to increase the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people employed in professional roles at Lendlease in the Australian region.
In this broad and varied role, you will be our expert in program management across the CareerTrackers’ Indigenous Intern Program, and the National Aboriginal Sporting Chance Academy and Lendlease’s Young Indigenous Pathways Program to name a few. You will partner with our RAP team as well as our People & Culture community to ensure alignment and achievement in our program strategy.
You will be a key influencer in taking our indigenous and career development strategy to the next level!
This role is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual who self- driven and collaborative in your approach whilst being able to prioritise and deliver when presented with competing tasks/projects. Your ability to pick things up quickly, work autonomously as well as demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels are also key to this role. You will have an excellent eye for detail, as well as having strong organizational skills with an ambitious and proactive attitude towards your work.
