About the position:
Based out of Melbourne’s biggest Sports and Aquatic facility, State Sports Centre Trust is looking for an experienced administrator to join our Aquatics team as the Operations Administrator. Reporting to the Operations and Safety Manager, this is an amazing opportunity for you to extend your existing Operations/Administration experience while working in Melbourne’s premier aquatic facility!
The role will be responsible ongoing administration and reporting as directed by the Operations and Safety Manager, including ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements and reporting on OH&S. Additionally, the role will provide administrative support to the Events and Bookings team for ongoing bookings and major events across the Melbourne Sport Centres facilities.
Above all else, our ideal candidate will first and foremost be passionate about the Aquatics/Leisure industry and ready for a challenge. In this role you will nbe required to have a strong working knowledge of the daily operations in a large facility, so experience in a similar facility would be advantageous, though not compulsory. An ability to learn quickly and engage with internal and external stakeholders to learn all aspects of the facilities will be vital to your success.
