We are currently looking for a Sous Chef Events to lead our events team. This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class culinary brigade that thrives on a positive team culture and innovation. This kitchen logistic focused role provides plenty of scope to showcase your creativity and to make your mark on the industry, whilst having the support and guidance from management to be a market leader.
The Successful Candidate
We would ideally like to hear from a positive people leader, with a solutions focused approach who has experience within a similar type of role at a high volume establishment.
A strong passion for food and the delivery of world-class events is essential, along with the ability to display quality leadership through transparent communication skills.
Proven record of working in a HACCAP environment is desirable.
Financial acumen with a proven ability to control food and labour costs would be advantageous.
